Biography
AngelaOrr serves as a member of the Nevada State Board of Education representing District 2, an appointed position she has held since 2023. She succeeded Katie Coombs in the nonpartisan role, which oversees education policy and standards for the state's second district.
Orr is an administrator by profession and holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, as well as graduate degrees from both Grand Canyon University and the University of Nevada, Reno. She has not previously held elected or appointed office, nor has she served in the military.
